Wells Fargo Innovation Group
Directed AI experience strategy for an enterprise Virtual Assistant and built an R&D operating model for evaluating emerging technologies, from semantic knowledge systems to AR/VR.
Defined the product and experience architecture for an AI-enabled enterprise knowledge and talent platform.
Built and prototyped two early-stage mobile products spanning market and user validation, product design, interaction design, and hands-on iOS development.
